White fungus is believed to be beneficial for the lungs and wolfberry is good for the eyesight. The chewy jelly-like texture and the natural sweetness of wolfberries perfectly complement any flavour from the F&N NutriWell series.

F&N NutriWell Chrysanthemum with wolfberry

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of small white fungus
  • 30g Wolfberries
  • 300ml F&N NutriWell Chrysanthemum with Wolfberry
  • 2 tsp of honey to taste (optional)

Wash and drain white fungus and wolfberries well.

Soak white fungus and wolfberries in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Remove white fungus and wolfberries from water and drain well. Place into a serving glass or bowl.

Pour F&N NutriWell Chrysanthemum with Wolfberry into the serving glass.

For better taste, add in 2 tsp of honey.

Tips

  • White fungus in small sizes is preferable and more presentable.
  • Honey enhances the natural sweetness of this dessert.
