Imperial Jelly

This jelly or Konnyaku is best served chilled and is a healthy treat to both adults and children. The addition of fresh fruits and wolfberries add an extra dimension to the texture and also the nutritional content of the jelly!

F&N NutriWell Snow Fungus with Wolfberry

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of wolfberries
  • ½ slice of papaya
  • 250ml of water
  • 200ml of F&N NutriWell Snow Fungus with Wolfberry
  • 1 packet of Konnyaku Jelly

Soak the wolfberries in warm water for 1 minute and dice the papaya.

Boil the water with F&N NutriWell Snow Fungus with Wolfberry.

On a low flame, pour in one packet of Konnyaku Jelly and stir for 5 minutes.

Pour the mixture into moulds and add in wolfberries and papaya dices, when jelly is semi set.

Put in refrigerator to set.

Serve warm.
