Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of dried beancurd sheet
  • 1 can of cooked ginko nuts
  • 1L F&N NutriWell Barley

Soak dried beancurd sheet in cold water.

Cut into 5 cm pieces and drain off excess water.

Boil 1L of F&N NutriWell Barley in a pot; lower the heat.

Add the dried beancurd pieces and simmer for about 10 minutes until softened.

Lastly, add cooked gingko nuts and stir the mixture well.

Serve warm.
