Barley, Ginko Nut & Dried Beancurd Dessert
An all-time favourite, this nutritious dessert cools and refreshes. Best thing is, the preparation is fast and easy when you have a pack of F&N NutriWell Barley handy. Enjoy!

Soak dried beancurd sheet in cold water.
Cut into 5 cm pieces and drain off excess water.
Boil 1L of F&N NutriWell Barley in a pot; lower the heat.
Add the dried beancurd pieces and simmer for about 10 minutes until softened.
Lastly, add cooked gingko nuts and stir the mixture well.
